Customer Service makes it very difficult to contact them.... especially if you have an issue with a purchase. Good luck!

Yeah, my experience is they protect sellers even at expense of buyers. The website is poorly designed and no luck getting a helpful response from Customer Service. Unfortunately, some sellers are on here and so it is the only way to buy some things.

I used to be able to contact them by e-mail. This option seems to be gone? I do not found any way to contact them. This is outrageous!

Just file a complaint with your credit card. Then they will have to respond to your credit card at a minimum. Seems the only way to get any assistance from CDandLP. I'm really not sure how a company like this can exist when they don't have a Customer Service department. Or at least make it impossible to contact them.

I purchased an album from these scammers back in October 2020 and whenever I inquired about my purchase, they kept giving me stupid answers like... #1 the pandemic is slowing down mail #2 the warehouse is preparing the shipment #3 the seller is supposed to ship it within 30 days #4 I should check with my neighbors to see if they received the shipment... blah blah blah... So I went ahead and filed a dispute with my credit card company in December 2020 and received a full refund for the non-shipment of album. As of today, April 27, 2021 I have yet to receive the album! This outfit are out and out scammers!

Some of the sellers are fine but don't expect CDandLP to be of any help. They made it clear to me their goal is to protect sellers and they don't care about buyers. So pay with a credit card where you can have a mediator to protect your interests. CDandLP won't!

Thanks for the replies! I contacted them via facebook, and serveral email addresses and contact@cdandlp.com seems to work. I had a reply this morning. Not sure if there will be a next time though :-)
