| I placed an order for a CD set which the seller said was in stock; they then said it was 'damaged in a flood and cancelled the order'. The payment had already gone through on my credit card and that has now been refunded. However, my fees for making an international order on the card were not. Do CDandLP not wait till the order has been conformed by the seller prior to making the charge on the card? Is there any way for me to claim this back from them? I can't seem to actually find any way to contact them as the system says that the order has been refunded and I can't reply or send a new message. Thoughts? | |
