What do I do when a seller sends the wrong lp as advertised and refuses to send me a partial refund?
 
Seller sent wrong lp and it doesnt even match the description let alone the grading on the lp? He said send it back if dont like it. Advertised as 1 green & 1 Blue. I got 2 red Lps? No refund offered or return postage offered I did not make this mistake the seller did. I filed a claim with cdandlp. What is to happen next? I never had this happen t0 me on here? Help Brian

In order to get a full refund you will need to return the LPs. Send them tracked and then CD & LP will deal with the refund side of things for you.

Thanks but people who don't have money to return an item after their disability check comes once a month is wrong. I think if the seller messed up he should pay for the return shippiing or Pratially Refund the Item. If I choose to keep an unadvertised LP? Which was sent.

Then contact CD&LP customer service if you don't want other users to tell you how it works here. And to be honest, any site you would buy from would advise the same. Also you have now seen one of the problems that can occur when buying unofficial releases.

It's not that I don't want to hear from other users. It's the fact that I have to spend more monet to send it back which is almost as much as the lp I bought. Do they reimburse you for the shipping to send it back. My response had nothing to do with people telling me what's gonna happen next I deal with alot of sellers. This never happened ever. Just to fill an order you give what u have left which was said to me. So do I get reimbursed the money to send it back? Cause if I don't than what's the point of even ordering regardless of its an unofficial release or not.My point Is I didn't make this mess but I have to loose money? Is that what you're saying just to get back the money I already put out.

No. As they provided the wrong release you 'should' be refunded all monies including return postage. But please contact CD&LP to confirm that before anything else. Everywhere I sell that is what happens if it is the sellers fault.
