| How can I remove negative feedback? | |

I did my first sale on cdnandlp.com (ref 1386143) and I get a negative feedback because the customer pay a lot for duty + taxes. He wrote: "avec une taxe douanière de 10€ le prix devient exorbitant, il faut inclure ce fait dans le recaputilatif c est a dire l annoncer"
Duty & taxes for international orders depends from country to country and it doesn't depend on me, so this vote is uncorecct and it will prejudice my future sales on this marketplace. I want to delete it. thank you |
