| Open a new message thread via the FAQ page | |
| After a sale I have been in "pending balance" for more than a month, I wrote to the buyer, I wrote to CD & Lp via a claim and they reply that after 7 days they would have made payment available but more than 10 have passed, now if I want to reply to d & lp pops up a window that says "Please open a new message thread via the FAQ page." but I can't find anything to do that. Thanks | |
