why are you wasting time for paying items sold? You're out of all your own policies: items sent on
 
sent on december 7th, international registered, so your policy tells that after 30 days from shipment, without buyer's complaint, you would pay even if he forget to confirm the item arrival: the item was delived on 29 of december with buyer's signature, so you could pay it between 1 to 5 of january, you didn't, now the transaction appear still pending, while on january 7th had expired the 30 days time. What you planned to do? This lack of infos (transaction still pending) is weird...
