How do I contact CDandLP regarding a refund - I did not received the refund on my bankaccount
 
I bought a record via banktransfer. I received a terrible graded item. Seller acknowledged it and issued for a refund by CDandLP. I did not received the money on my bankaccount. Instead, I received a 'voucher/discount' to use on CDandLP. I've been searching for an hour, to find a way to contact CDandLP, and I do not have found a single way to contact them. In the orders history -> other actions, there is no option to contact CDandLP.. What is this?

Hi everyone,

You can always contact us via the detail of an order or via buyer's guidelines.
The address contact@cdandlp.com works as well. We will answer you during working hours.
Facebook is not really intended to work as a customer service board, so please do not expect us to reply as quickly as via the Customer Service board.
Regarding refund issues, provided you give us your bank details, we will process the refund on your bank account, otherwise we will refund on your buyer's account, having technically no other option.
Regarding former comments from unsatisfied buyers, please note that buyers have been refunded for their purchase, they simply forget to post once the issue has been solved...
We have rules and policies to respect but ever since 2002, we've always done our best to satisfy buyers and sellers, and settle the claims as fairly as can be.

I was indeed contacted the day after my e-mail by CDandLP. And I am now looking forward to the refund. Wherefor thanks.
Concerning the communication channels, where exactly in buyer's guidelines can we communicate with customer service? https://www.cdandlp.com/en/cdandlp-guidelines/ I am not finding any contact option on that page, neither saw I a contact option on "Order History => Other actions", so I suppose contacting CDandLp there depends on the status of the order, right?

Hi,

You're absolutely right by saying that it depends on the status of the order.
Throughout the guidelines as well, you'll be redirected towards your purchase history.
You may also use the contact page https://www.cdandlp.com/en/contact/
We answer within 72h working hours.

Our team is small and we sometimes work from home (due to Covid-19) which makes it more complicated to be instant responsive.
